The product cleaning should be carried out as described: the footwear must NOT be washed by immersion, under running water, or in a washing machine. For the upper part made of technical fabric, use a cloth slightly dampened with water and neutral soap, gently rub, and allow to dry. For leather uppers, use appropriate creams (moisturizing-polishing) that are specific for the type of leather being treated and compliant with legal standards; apply and polish with a clean, dry, soft, and non-abrasive cloth. In the case of suede or similar materials, only use soft brushes or cloths and only on dry leather to remove any stains (mud and similar). Ensure regular hydration of the leather by applying appropriate creams, especially for particularly soft leathers such as nubuck, deer, and fawn. Do not use alcoholic liquids, abrasive liquids, detergents, alcohol, laundry detergents, bleach, ammonia, or solvents. Do not use abrasive materials and/or products, brushes, steel wool, sandpaper, blades, or similar to remove stains or residues. For the lateral bottom surface of the sole, use soft sponges dampened in lukewarm water, maximum 30°C, and neutral soap. If the product accidentally becomes damp, allow it to air dry away from heat sources and in a non-humid environment. Do NOT dry the wet or damp product in front of heat sources, as this may cause inevitable damage to the footwear, resulting in a loss of warranty. Optima Molliter S.r.l. is NOT responsible for damages caused by abrasive products, products that attack materials, direct exposure to heat sources, and improper use/maintenance.
